13″ of Fresh Powder

From Snowboarding at Monarch

On Thursday, Drew and I skipped work for the 13 inches of fresh powder at Monarch Mountain. They had over 18 feet of snow in the previous six weeks. Look at these trees! There is no green visible at all! After boarding in the clouds all morning, the sun came out for a while after lunch to make a beautiful, Colorado day.
